So...my mare BW-Callista won her class this morning at the Gold Coast Finale II this morning. I am so proud of her and our assistant trainer who did the riding!
Hubby back to NY tomorrow. I am going to take that time he's away to really concentrate on my fitness and nutrition. We go home in a month and I'd really like to drop a few more pounds before then....
Focus, focus, focus.....planning to up my running mileage tomorrow morning.....
